TurnetFinance is based in Nigeria and primarily serves Nigerian users. However, some of the third-party services we use — including Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Mailchimp, Cloudflare, and advertising networks — may process your data on servers located outside Nigeria, including in the United States and European Union.

Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on the following safeguards:

• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): For transfers to countries that do not have an adequacy decision, we rely on SCCs approved by the European Commission or equivalent mechanisms under Nigerian data protection law.

Your Email Subscription Rights

• Unsubscribe anytime: Every newsletter email includes a visible one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. We process all unsubscribe requests within 5 business days.
